Property was beautifully decorated, I liked the stay.

The staff team was accommodating, the rooms were good sized and heated and equipped with internet, tea and the free WiFi. A fridge, a cooktop, and kitchenware were available. The location was quiet, for example, The Entrance Town Centre was at a short distance from the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this nicely decorated and perfect place for 6 nights. the standard room was equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and climate control, and featured an exceptionally comfortable bed. the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was very welcoming and amicable. I had a wonderful experience with no complaints!

I highly recommend Rusutsu Pension Clydesdale to everyone. the hotel is beautifully decorated and everything was excellent. Its location is incredibly scenic, just a stone's throw from an amusement park that features a monorail, a talking tree, a merry-go-round, and various restaurants. the loft offers a stunning mountain view and comes equipped with a microwave oven and a fridge. I am truly grateful to the attentive staff for making my stay so wonderful. the ambiance is perfect for families.

My recent stay at this hotel in the forest was simply fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. the free shuttle service to the ski resort and local restaurants was super convenient. the room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a quick dry room for my gears. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, setting a great tone for the day ahead.

One improvement could be to provide firmer pillows for better comfort. having instructions on how to sort out rubbish would be helpful.
